K11 is the world's first Museum-Retail concept and a hybrid model of art and commerce. In K11, we break the boundary of traditional retail and create Cultural Eco-system, changing people’s perception of consumption. In this talk, we will deep dive a disruptive & innovative business model – K11 Natural. It creates a new market for millennials and sets an example for the retail industry on how to do business with millennials and for millennials.

Speaker biography

Rebecca Woo - Operation Director (Hong Kong) 

As the Operation Director (Hong Kong) of K11 Concepts Limited, Ms. Woo in -charges of overall operations, 
marketing, leasing and art project of Hong Kong K11, as well as the operations and business development for 
K11 retail shops and concept zones – K11 Design Store, K11 Select and K11 Natural in Hong Kong. 
Prior to K11, Ms. Woo was the Corporate Affair Director for New World Department Store. Since joining K11 in 
2013, Ms. Woo has well blended art and commerce into K11 campaigns; K11 was awarded the “HKMA/TVB 
Awards for Marketing Excellence” in 2015 & 2017, K11 Natural was recognized as disruptive new business 
innovation for millennial entrepreneur, received Excellence Award and Citation for Innovation Award. 
Ms. Woo holds an Associate Degree in Arts from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Business Administration 
Degree from University of Technology, Sydney, majoring in Marketing and Corporate Communications.
