Wellness is a process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. The School will present her Smart Wellness and Holistic Wellness programmes to fulfill the continuous demand from society on them.  They will include various dimensions including body (physical), mind (intellectual and emotional), spiritual, technological and social wellness. ​

Besides, the School has been offering a comprehensive choice of award and non award-bearing healthcare and nursing programmes in the past decade with an innovative learning environment that fosters personal and professional development for healthcare and nursing.

The programme aims to help health professionals to attain higher levels of clinical management roles. It is specially designed in line with leadership competency in contemporary healthcare, which addresses collaborative care, mental wellness at work, and in leveraging technology in healthcare. It also introduces the entrepreneurial concept to prepare participants to work effectively in public, private and social care sectors.

Individuals with different genetic make-up can respond differently towards the same food. Nutrigenomics is the science to understand how nutrients interact with human genes, with the ultimate goal of providing personalised nutrition advice according to one’s own genes.
This course aims to equip students with the knowledge of genetics and the cutting-edge technologies applied in nutrigenomics that are useful for interpretation of the test results in relation to personalised nutrition. 
Hong Kong Dietitians Association (HKDA) and Hong Kong Nutrition Association (HKNA) members will be awarded CDE and CE points respectively upon completion of the course.

The programme aims to equip frontline professionals with advance knowledge on pathology and the principles of pharmacology in treatment of patients with mental illness and neurological disorders.
